Cancellation Policy
Policy Terms and Conditions Booking and Deposit: - A non-refundable deposit of 50% is required to secure your booking. This deposit applies toward the final balance, which is due on the day of the service. Non-Refundable Deposit: - All deposits are non-refundable. If the client cancels, the deposit will not be returned to compensate for the reserved time and resources. Rescheduling: - Clients may reschedule once without penalty if requested at least 48 hours in advance. Additional rescheduling incurs a $100 fee. Rescheduling requests made less than 48 hours before the appointment result in forfeiture of the deposit. Cancellations: - Cancellations made more than 48 hours in advance result in the loss of the deposit but no further charges. Cancellations within 48 hours will require full payment of the remaining balance. Late Arrivals: - Late arrivals will shorten the session to the originally scheduled end time without refund. Arrivals more than 30 minutes late without notice are considered a cancellation, requiring full payment. Additional Fees: - Additional charges may apply for extra services, props, wardrobe, or changes made after booking. These will be discussed beforehand. Liability: - We are not liable for personal items lost, stolen, or damaged during the session. Clients agree to indemnify and hold harmless the service provider from any liability or loss. Usage Rights: - We reserve the right to use images or footage for promotional purposes unless the client requests otherwise in writing. Force Majeure: - If a session is canceled due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, emergencies), the deposit remains non-refundable, but the session will be rescheduled. Agreement to Terms: - Booking a session constitutes agreement to these terms.
