Section 1: Guest Talent Agreement

​

1. Participation: By agreeing to this document, [Guest's Full Name] ("Guest") consents to participate in an audio and possibly video recording for the "Make It Make Sense/Cents" podcast, hosted by [Your Full Name] ("Host"), operating under Passion Project LLC.

​

2. Content Use: The Guest grants the Host and Passion Project LLC the right to use, reproduce, license, broadcast, distribute, and exhibit the recording and any materials provided by the Guest, in whole or in part, worldwide in any media.

​

3. Promotion: The Guest agrees to allow the Host to use their name, likeness, and provided information for the purpose of promoting the episode and podcast.

​

4. No Compensation: The Guest acknowledges that participation is voluntary and that no financial compensation will be provided. The Host agrees to provide reasonable accommodation such as meals during the recording session, as previously discussed.

Section 2: Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA)

​

1. Confidential Information: The Guest may be exposed to proprietary or confidential information related to Passion Project LLC and its operations. The Guest agrees not to disclose any such information obtained during the preparation or recording of the podcast episode.

​

2. Term: The confidentiality obligations under this NDA shall remain in effect for a period of two (2) years after the date of the episode recording.

3. General: This Agreement is governed by GEORGIA, USA law. Any disputes arising from this Agreement shall be resolved through arbitration in GEORGIA, USA.
